Shanley Jane Kearney’s debut novel, QUANT, will be published in the U.S. by Simon Six, in association with Scribner, at Simon & Schuster in May 2027. QUANT has also sold to Abacus in the UK, Gallimard in France, Anagrama in Spain, Einaudi in Italy, and De Bezige Bij in the Netherlands.

Shanley has worked for four tech startups and co-founded her own in 2023, serving as its CEO. She received her BA in Creative Writing from the University of Southern California in 2024. She is a Fiction MFA Candidate at Columbia University and a recipient of the De Alba Fellowship.

She is represented by Writers House and UTA.

She is 24 and lives in New York City.
